Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Strangely Warmed backs its coffee with a satisfaction guarantee; if you're not happy with your order, they'll work to make it right. (Note: the homepage doesn't spell out the specific return/refund process, so I'd recommend confirming the exact policy refund window, replacement vs. refund, etc., from their actual returns or shipping policy page before publishing this one live.)

Do you offer wholesale or private label coffee?

Yes, We offer wholesale and co-packing solutions for businesses, covering both bagged coffee and K-Cup compatible packaging formats. This is aimed at brands or retailers who want to sell coffee under their own label without setting up their own roasting operation — interested businesses can submit a wholesale inquiry directly through the site.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, any order within the US over $40 ships free, and subscription customers get free shipping as one of the built-in subscription perks, along with quantity-based discounts on top of it. Exact shipping costs and timelines beyond that threshold are calculated at checkout.

How does the coffee subscription work?

Subscriptions are built for convenience: coffee is always freshly roasted before shipping, and delivery timing is fully flexible, set to arrive right when you're about to run out. Subscribers get free shipping and exclusive quantity discounts (like savings on 2-packs), and you can change your plan or cancel at any time with no lock-in. Subscriptions can also be set up as recurring gifts for someone else.

Do you offer a decaf option?

Yes, We carry a Peru Decaf processed using the Swiss Water method, a chemical-free decaffeination process that uses water and osmosis to remove caffeine while preserving the bean's original flavor character. It's roasted dark for a fuller-bodied decaf cup.

Do you offer single-serve K-Cup compatible pods?

Yes. Strangely Warmed makes K-cup compatible single-serve pods, including origin-specific options like Peru and Honduras pods, as well as a Variety Pack featuring five different origins in one box. This is a good option for households or offices that want the same specialty coffee without brewing a full pot.

Where is Strangely Warmed Coffee roasted?

Strangely Warmed Coffee is roasted right in our own Coffee Lab & Roastery, located at 161 S Commerce Ave, Suite B, Sebring, FL 33870. Every batch is small-batch roasted on-site, which lets them control freshness and quality closely rather than outsourcing production. The roastery is open Monday–Friday 8:00am–3:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm if you'd like to visit locally.

What coffee origins do you offer?

We offer single-origin coffees sourced from five growing regions: Peru (Amazonas region), Honduras (Marcala region), Colombia (Tolima del Rio), Guatemala (Acatenango region), and Nicaragua. Each origin has its own distinct flavor profile shaped by that region's climate and soil, so customers can explore beans by origin rather than just by roast level.
